Motseotsile Clement Marumoagae
Director
Clement was born in Tweelagte Village outside Rustenburg in the North-West province and grew up in Itsoseng Township. He is an experienced attorney and one of the leading pension law academics in the African continent.
He is also an Associate Professor of law at the University of the Witwatersrand where he lectures pension law at postgraduate level as well as insolvency law and procedural law modules at undergraduate level. He supervises postgraduate LLM and PhD students on various areas of law such as competition law, labour law, family law, law of succession, company law, law of evidence, criminal procedure, civil procedure, insolvency law and pension law.
He holds the following legal qualifications: LLB and LLM (Pension Law), Diploma in Company Law, Diploma in International Economic Law, Postgraduate Certificate of Competence in Media Law, Postgraduate Certificate of Competence in Intellectual Property Law and Post Graduate Certificate in Broadcasting Law from the University of the Witwatersrand; LLM (Labour law) from North West University; PhD (family law) from the University of Cape Town; AIPSA Diploma in Insolvency Law from the University of Pretoria.
