We offer limited services in banking law. We advise on the circumstances under which bank accounts can be frozen. We represent banks and their customers when they have disputes regarding the freezing of bank accounts. We bring court applications (including urgent applications) on behalf of our clients. We also provide assistance when judgments have been obtained against our clients in foreign countries and registered as civil judgments in South Africa leading to banks freezing our client’s accounts in South Africa.
