Motseotsile Clement Marumoagae Page

Clement is the director of this firm. He was born in Rustenburg (Tweelagte) in the North West province and grew up in Itsoseng Township. In 2004 he enrolled with the University of the Witwatersrand and graduated with LLB and LLM (Pension’s Law) degrees. He also completed his second LLM (Labour law) degree through the North West University. He then went on to obtain AIPSA Diploma in Insolvency Practice at the University of Pretoria. Clement went on to obtain three Post-graduate Certificates in Media Law, Broadcasting Law and Intellectual Property law from Mandela Institute at the University of Witwatersrand. Clement served his articles at the Wits Law Clinic but later ceded his articles to Legal Aid South Africa. He was admitted in 2012 and practiced as a professional assistant at Phungula Attorneys until he opened this firm in 2013.
